Campo Massimo is the maximum expression of Corvina Veronese, the native
varietal typical of the area.
Selected and vinified in purity from the proprietary vineyards that express
the morainic terroir to the maximum.

MANUFACTURER'S ADVICE
Medium-bodied wine, ideal for accompanying
traditional Veronese first courses, such as tagliatelle with livers and fettuccine
with mushrooms.
To try with the typical traditional Veronese dish: boiled meat and pearà trolley.
VINIFICATION
careful harvesting of the grapes, destemming and pressing.
After a short maceration, fermentation takes place at a controlled
temperature. We intervene with pumping over and délestage in order
to obtain a complex wine, ready for bottling. It evolves in second passage
French oak barrels for at least twelve months before being bottled. Refines
for at least six months in glass.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Ruby red color with garnet reflections.
Complex aroma, fruit still present. There are hints of fig leaf, black pepper
and balsamic notes.
Dry, evolving tannins well balanced with fresh and energetic hints with a
return of sweet spices.

espalier - 5,000 vines/ha.
