Bardolino Toa is a red wine obtained from the selection of our best red
grapes in order to obtain a rich, long-lived and elegant wine, the maximum
expression of our territory.

MANUFACTURER'S ADVICE
It finds a natural accompaniment with traditional
first courses: risotto all’isolana and egg pasta such as fettuccine with duck
ragù.
Excellent with cured meats and medium-aged cheeses, white and red meats
cooked on the grill.
Try it paired with grilled asado.
VINIFICATION
careful harvesting of the grapes, destemming and pressing
of most of the grapes. A small part of the grapes is instead vinified whole.
After a short cold maceration, slow fermentation takes place at a controlled
temperature. We intervene with délestage and pumping over in order to
obtain a fruity wine, with elegant tannins. Aging in stainless steel tanks for at
least 12 months before being bottled and aged for at least 6 months in glass.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Ruby red color with violet reflections.
Intense and persuasive aroma. There are hints of red currant and cherry
accompanied by a light spiciness and notes of pepper.
On the palate, direct, fruity, with notes of rhubarb root and spices. Dry with
fine and elegant tannins and still persistent.

the grapes come from the property’s own vineyards, trained in
espalier. 5000 plants/ha.
