Avvinamenti originates from a casual and convivial meeting among tastings and glasses of wine and is addressed to those readers looking for a useful and intriguing tool to find a clue in the world of food and wine.

An homage to a pleasure which is as old as man: eating and drinking together.

Full-fat soft-ripened cheese, such as Brie, Camembert, Italian Robiola di Roccaverano, etc, all show an acid note, a sweet taste and a creamy and fat texture. Daniele matches them with a still, dry, white wine with a good body and a persistent taste: Custoza Superiore DOC  “Campo del Selese”.
