The style of this winery is classical with modernistic hints, featuring a strong attention towards the territory. Here they carry out some selections emphasizing that specific cru or they have those ideas of vinification resulting in new and fascinating products.

From Garganega 40%, Trebbianello 20%, Fernanda 20%, Trebbiano 10%, Chardonnay 10%. Parts of Garganega grapes ferment in wood. Clean and bright straw yellow color. To the nose, it is soft; it displays notes of a sweet toasting, which recalls vanilla, and hints of leaves of fresh mint. Citrus fruits are well present. In the mouth, at first it is sweet with scents of ripe fruit, the sip is yet dry and invests the palate with a strongly salty and wide impression.

From Garganega 25%, Trebbiano 25%, Trebbianello 20%, Cortese 15%, Riesling Italico, Pinot Bianco and Chardonnay. Refinement in steel. Straw yellow color with bright nuances. To the nose, it suggests flowers and citrus fruits, fresh and sweet fragrances, almost toasted notes; white peach in the final. In the mouth, it is salty, with a spicy touch, of a fresh impact with licorice and mint hints. Impressively persistent.

 

Bardolino SP 2016

From Corvina 80% and Rondinella 20%. Aging in steel. Ruby red. To the nose, you can smell little red fruits and a good peppery component. In the mouth, it is complex and elegant. Tight and well-balanced. A remarkable persistence, a clean sip. An interesting final note of citrus fruits grants a deep and long-lasting experience.
