"Massimo and Alessandro, sons of the legendary Albino Piona, lead first hand this company that counts more than a century of life and has been a reference for the enology of this area for at least fifty years. The winemaker Damiano Peroni leads the operations in the making of wines, interpreting the tradition of the territory."

"The vineyards are distributed in the hills of Valeggio, Sona, Villafranca and Sommacampagna, all covered and with emergency irrigation, mixed with woodland areas to protect biodiversity; the soils are morainic with different percentages of gravel, clay and silt. Often in front of the rows, Albino had large stones put up to recover by arranging the land: lucky monoliths, singular declarations of love and respect for his vineyards."

"The company’s style is based on tradition as a starting point to update some aspects: for example in the Custoza typology a new wine was born made with maceration on the skins. Interesting also the work on the Bardolino to refine three or four years before marketing."
