Garganega Cà Palazzina
I.G.TGarganega is a white wine grape variety. When fully ripe, it takes rusty orange hues.
Historically, it is an autochthonous grape of Veneto.
In our line: Cà Palazzina – Garganega: we propose it pure as varietal.
Fully obtained from the grapes harvested in the homonymous estate owned by winery Albino Piona in San Rocco di S. Giorgio in Salici, Sona, Verona - Italy.
The estate lies 10 km from Peschiera del Garda.

- Vinification
white wine vinification; grapes are destemmed, crushed and put in the press. A soft pressing of the grapes and an accurate cold clarification of the must take place. Fermentation at controlled temperature and ageing on its fine lees in stainless steel tanks for at least six months.
