It is placed in the area of the two important denominations from Veneto south of Lake Garda, Custoza and Bardolino. The style of this winery is classical with modernistic hints, featuring a strong attention towards the territory. Here they carry out some selections emphasizing that specific cru or they have those ideas of vinification resulting in new and fascinating products. The continuous research and the inclination to experimenting find a successful synthesis in the tradition handed over by their father Albino Piona.
Bardolino Sp 2012
Mostly from Corvina grapes, it ages in wooden barrels of different capacities. Full ruby red. To the nose, it is clear, rich and intense, with hints of violets, followed by ripe cherries and currants, plenty of warm and green spices. In the mouth, you can feel a great elegance and structure, balanced tannins and a nice freshness. The finale is very prolonged.

Custoza Sp 2013
A typical local blend, it ages in large wooden tanks. Deep straw yellow color with green nuances. To the nose, it is wide, intense and strong with a slight smoky hint, then saffron and a robust spicy note of turmeric, intense floral fragrances of broom, lavender and wisteria. Its tasting structure can be taken as a point of reference in terms of length and elegance.

Custoza Superiore Campo del Selese 2013
A blend of Garganega 40%, with Trebbiano, Trebbianello, Cortese and Chardonnay, aged in steel and barrique barrels. Straw yellow color with yellow and green nuances.
To the nose, it is clear, neat and intense; you can smell red saffron, lime and broom. To the mouth, it is a first class one in terms of elegance and balance between acidity and salts of various natures. An outstanding progression and an amazing finale.
