Sensorial analysis

Bright and very transparent ruby red. As a young wine, it timidly shows its characteristics, but then it opens up to hints of cherry, blueberry and currant and notes of undergrowth and sweet spices, followed by reminders of herbaceous peony, wild iris and withered rose. Strongly floral and spicy. It offers a wide and full sip. Lures of fruit are back to the memory. Tannins are to be felt, though already pleasantly round. The finale prolongs on a sapid and sour stream. It settles in steel tanks.
